Centre Manager
Location: Aberystwyth
Salary: £35,000 + Bonus
Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week - Monday to Saturday
Our client, a successful and busy fast-fit centre in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive leader who can inspire a team, drive sales performance, maintain exceptional customer service standards, and ensure the smooth running of both front-of-house and workshop operations.

Leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver excellent resultsDriving sales performance and maximising customer conversion opportunitiesManaging the daily operation of the centre across both customer-facing and workshop departmentsAllocating jobs efficiently and ensuring maximum workshop productivityMaintaining effective stock control processes and ensuring accurate stock managementEnsuring workshop equipment is maintained and operated safelyUpholding high standards of customer service, health & safety, and operational complianceTaking responsibility for the security of stock, equipment, and centre assetsWhat we’re looking for:
