Introduction


AMZ Bees is a high growth business with a close team of highly motivated specialists with a common mission. We provide full-service Amazon account management to busy e-commerce entrepreneurs. We take care of the e-commerce health of their organizations. They take care of other important aspects of their business and life.


Due to significant demand, we are anticipating exponential growth for the next few years and need to grow the team, so we're expanding our Strategic Department with more Account Executives. We're on the lookout for someone with strategic Amazon account management skills, ready and eager to help brands develop and scale.


Key Responsibilities

๐ŸŸ  This is a Client-facing role

๐ŸŸ  Client Expertise: Dive deep into understanding each clientโ€™s business, products, competitors, and niche specialties to turn their requirements into actionable steps.

๐ŸŸ  Strategic Planning: Craft and execute comprehensive account strategies tailored to each clientโ€™s goals.

๐ŸŸ  Data Analysis: Dive deep into analytics to uncover insights, understand performance metrics, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

๐ŸŸ  Revenue and Market Share Growth: Drive increased revenue and market share in your designated territory and industry, using our teamโ€™s proven techniques.

๐ŸŸ  Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to set and achieve (or exceed!) revenue targets.

๐ŸŸ  Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction is sky-high and the churn rate stays low.

๐ŸŸ  PPC Strategy Coordination: Collaborate with the advertising team to align on PPC strategies that meet client goals and objectives.

๐ŸŸ  Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to account performance, implementing solutions quickly and effectively.

๐ŸŸ  Performance Reporting: Deliver highly insightful and detailed monthly reports on account performance to clients, ensuring they feel confident and informed.

๐ŸŸ  Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest Amazon trends and industry best practices to ensure our team remains informed and our clients' products stay competitive.

๐ŸŸ  Training and Support: Provide training and support to junior colleagues on Amazon tools and best practices to empower them to manage accounts effectively.


What you will own:

๐ŸŸ  Client growth plan and P&L. Set revenue, profit, and TACoS targets. Build quarterly roadmaps and weekly priorities.

๐ŸŸ  End-to-end account strategy. Listings and SEO, pricing and promos, inventory coordination, catalog health, compliance. Use Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance to guide decisions.

๐ŸŸ  Advertising oversight. Align goals with the PPC team. Approve budgets, targets, and launches. Review ACOS and TACoS weekly and course-correct fast.

๐ŸŸ  Reporting and cadence. Lead weekly updates, monthly reports, and QBRs. Forecast, track gap to goal, and define next actions.

๐ŸŸ  Cross-functional coordination. Drive timelines across PPC and Technical teams, external agencies, and the client team to deliver profitable revenue.

๐ŸŸ  Risk management. Surface and resolve issues quickly. OOS risk, account health flags, listing problems, policy requests.


Requirements

๐ŸŸ  3โ€“5+ years in an Amazon agency as Account Executive, Account Manager, or Brand Manager

๐ŸŸ  Proven Track Record: Your track record showcases your knack for developing multiple successful brands to 7 figures, personally managed.

๐ŸŸ  Strong analytical Skills: Google Sheets with pivots, lookups, and clean reporting to evaluate account performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies.

๐ŸŸ  Ownership mindset and reliable delivery.

๐ŸŸ  Proactive and Dedicated: Youโ€™re proactive and dedicated to your projects, far beyond the typical clock-in-clock-out mindset.

๐ŸŸ  Strategic Thinker: Strategic thinking is your forte, and you can clearly articulate your strategies, always placing yourself in the shoes of the client.

๐ŸŸ  Fluent in English: Clear client communication (in speaking & writing), and meeting leadership skills are a MUST.

๐ŸŸ  Education: Youโ€™ve achieved higher education in a relevant field of study.

๐ŸŸ  Trend Awareness: Youโ€™re always in the loop with current and future trends in the e-commerce industry, especially on the Amazon platform.

๐ŸŸ  Innovative and Improvement-Oriented: Innovation and process improvement are in your DNA.

๐ŸŸ  Multitasker: Youโ€™re capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and have robust decision-making skills.

๐ŸŸ  Customer-Centric Mindset: You prioritize customer satisfaction and work to exceed client expectations.

๐ŸŸ  Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

๐ŸŸ  Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.


Nice to have

๐ŸŸ  Vendor Central exposure and multi-marketplace experience

๐ŸŸ  Familiarity with AMC or DSP, Helium 10 (H10), DataDive, and similar tools

๐ŸŸ  Comfort with AI tools and integrating AI into daily workflows for efficiency

Salary

Based on experience: 2,500โ€“4,000 USD per month

Your starting salary depends on your previous experience. Your salary will grow as rapidly as your performance and workload. We donโ€™t cap salaries here; as your skills grow, so does your compensation.
