Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a market-leading organisation in their search for a permanent, full-time Customer Success Executive offering £28k + OTE + bonus!
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support or a similar client-facing role who enjoys working closely with customers to drive engagement, retention and long-term success.
You'll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping them maximise the value of the company's software products while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption.
- Proactively contact customers to drive retention and reduce churn.
- Assist with customer renewals and account growth opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer interactions.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The confidence to work proactively and build relationships at all levels.
