Description
Collaborative Care Services is seeking to hire a Manager who will assume responsibility for an established and stable service, allowing the current Manager to embark on a new project. The chosen candidate will have the crucial task of ensuring the safety and well-being of three individuals utilizing the services, as well as overseeing the staff team.
Key responsibilities of the manager will include:
* Maintaining an exceptional quality of life for the service users
* Upholding a very high standard of service delivery. Developing support plans and risk management strategies
* Collaborating with other professionals including funding authorities and regulatory bodies
* Handling recruitment and selection processes for new staff members
* Effectively managing the existing staff team which includes a deputy manager and two team leaders.
* Ensuring staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet complex individual needs
* Preparing and managing the staff rota
* Fulfilling on-call duties on a rotational basis
The candidate must have the ability to register with a regulatory body. Work experience required – Experience in a managerial role within a care setting. Education – Have completed or be willing to complete Diploma Level 5.
