We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Safeguarding Officer to join our team at Cadbury College for a fixed term role providing maternity cover from June 2026 to June 2027. This is a vital role within the College, supporting the safety, wellbeing, and protection of our students. As a Safeguarding Officer, you will play a key role in promoting a safe and supportive environment for all students, particularly those who may be vulnerable or at risk. You will work closely with staff, external agencies, and safeguarding leads to ensure concerns are managed effectively and in line with statutory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about safeguarding and student welfare to make a real difference.
