What you'll be doing:
* Assisting chefs with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
* Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to the highest hygiene standards.
* Operating and cleaning kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
* Assisting with plating and presentation of dishes.
* Receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies.
* Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen during service.
* Following all food safety and health and safety regulations.
What we're looking for:
* A genuine interest in food and a willingness to learn.
* A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Excellent hygiene standards and attention to detail.
* The ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
* Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential – we're happy to train the right candidate
