HR AdvisorOperating as an HR expert, the role provides professional advice, guidance, and support to managers and staff across a broad range of HR matters.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Advisory & Case ManagementProvide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on a wide range of HR issues.Support managers in handling complex casework including performance management, attendance, and employee relations.HR Projects & InitiativesLead and deliver key HR initiatives across the employee life cycle, including workforce planning, organisational restructuring, and change management.Data & InsightsAnalyse and report on HR metrics to support bench marking and inform the development of HR strategies and solutions.Policy & ComplianceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Develop and review HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation and alignment with organisational goals.Reward & RecognitionSupport the development and implementation of pay and reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees.RecruitmentSupport with writing job descriptions, advertising roles and conducting initial interviews.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.Experience in managing change and delivering HR projects.CIPD L3 qualification essential.Ability to work onsite in Bradford.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
