Branta are seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee the delivery of cleaning, security, catering, and grounds maintenance at a large static site in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of a well known site and ensure first-class service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and support on-site soft services teams, ensuring performance meets contractual and client expectations.
*
Act as the first point of contact for all soft services, providing a proactive and solution-focused approach.
*
Monitor service delivery, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
*
Manage budgets, rotas, and supplier contracts in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
*
Ensure compliance with all H&S, statutory, and company policies across service lines.
*
Build strong working relationships with the client and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer experience.
About You:
*
Facilities Management qualification (or equivalent) – IWFM, BIFM, or similar.
*
NEBOSH certification (or equivalent H&S qualification).
*
Proven experience in facilities management and soft services management, ideally on a large static site.
*
Background in managing multiple service streams including cleaning, catering, grounds, and security.
*
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing and motivating diverse teams.
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
*
Sound understanding of H&S and statutory compliance.
*
Ability to manage budgets and deliver against KPIs.
