* Two on-site kitchens | Team of 16
* Early: 05:00–13:30
* Late: 10:30–19:00
* Breakfast 07:00–08:00 | Lunch 12:00–15:00 | Dinner 17:00–18:00

* Lead the culinary operation and maintain high food standards
* Deliver quality dishes and enhance overall food service
* Create a positive, high‑performing kitchen culture
* Manage ordering, stock, waste and budgets
* Ensure excellent hygiene and full safety compliance
* Represent Compass Group UK&I professionally
