ULaw’s Student Information Team: At the Heart of Student Support and Success
We are looking for a high‑calibre individual to join our Leeds campus team as a Student Information Officer. This is an on‑campus position with no opportunity for hybrid or remote working.
Responsibilities
* Provide information and support to students throughout their journey, including new student transitions and course decisions.
* Collaborate with the University’s Student Immigration Compliance & Advice team to support international students.
* Understand and signpost available student services to provide the best possible experience.
* Resolve queries and requests efficiently, adhering to established service levels and liaising with specialist teams as needed.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience providing high‑quality customer service support and advice to students, staff and visitors.
* Ability to manage own time effectively and meet tight deadlines while handling conflicting priorities.
* Experience giving one‑to‑one information, advice and guidance.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a wide range of people.
