What will you be doing?
When a customer enters your store, they will feel welcomed and valued, with a friendly expert by their side who can advise them on our great products and services. Leading and supporting established teams, you will be an exceptional leader of people with great coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Numbers-focused, you will be able to drive sales through your people and take a holistic view of the business.
