Trade Mastermind University Headquarters in Peterborough—the first dedicated university for trades—featuring a 300‑person event arena, a state‑of‑the‑art podcast studio, and the city’s first rooftop bar for our team and clients.
As part of our continued expansion, we are recruiting driven and ambitious Business Development Managers to join our elite sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for enrolling trade business owners into our flagship 7‑Figure Construction Business Academy, the UK’s only City & Guilds‑accredited three‑year business qualification for trades. Reporting to a high‑performance B2B Sales Manager, you will manage the full sales cycle from initial lead to close. This includes engaging with prospects both face‑to‑face at national events and virtually through Zoom or phone consultations, presenting one of the most powerful business training offers currently available in the UK.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will involve converting qualified inbound leads, event-generated enquiries, and marketing-driven prospects into high‑value clients. You will conduct in‑depth discovery calls, deliver engaging business consultations, and run effective closing presentations. Success in the role requires proactive pipeline management, strong CRM discipline, and consistent performance against daily KPIs. You will also play a key role at our national events, representing the Trade Mastermind brand with energy, professionalism, and belief in the transformational impact of our programmes.
