Roles will be Reading based with travel to both London and Carlsburg Britvic in Hemel Hempstead - No sponsorship or relocation offered.

Responsibilities

We have 5 x L8 Vacancies currently open. Much of the responsibilities and requirements for the roles are similar, with each offering beverages experience and development opportunities. Please find further insight into the individual roles below:

Pepsi - Opportunity for an established Brand Manager to join our PEPSI GB Marketing team, working across a range of projects from activations to innovation. A fantastic role for someone passionate about digital marketing and moving at the speed of culture.

Gatorade -Opportunity for an entrepreneurial Brand Manager to join our Gatorade GB Marketing team, leading our re-entry into the market with a new hydration product, closely working with the global and sector teams to create a successful business model.

Lipton -Opportunity for a consumer centric Brand Manager in GB on global #1 Ice Tea brand Lipton, delivering the ambitious growth agenda, leading exciting projects from communication campaigns to innovation launches.

Sports partnership -Role will focus on executing our exciting sports partnership agenda across existing properties and future opportunities.

Rockstar - An opportunity for a brand manager looking for their next role within the fastest growing category of soft drinks - managing all end to end activation from comms, media, to shopper.

Our Brand Managers will lead the launch execution of the marketing plans, including the performance marketing with support of the agency, the wider marketing plan and work closely with the Sector and Global teams.

Within these roles, you will connect closely with Consumer Insights, Creative agencies, TCP team, media partners, R&D & Supply Chain, as you work across a series of exciting projects for the coming year.

You will be responsible for developing large-scale brand campaigns and activations that will continue to differentiate PEPSI within the category, shaping the future of this iconic brand. This role is also responsible for partnering with the commercial functions and with our bottling partner Carlsberg-Britvic, to deliver execution with impact.

* Create and execute the end-to-end activation plans for our brand in the UK, rooting plans in powerful insight, data driven analysis and a deep understanding of the local consumer, shopper and trade customer
* Manage agency partners to develop, execute and evaluate winning comms (including Social Media, Influencers, Partnerships & PR).
* Lead communication planning for key programmes on the brand, based on clear understanding of consumer/shopper triggers & barriers to trial along the path to purchase, to unlock sales and long-term brand equity.
* Manage campaign A&M budget, ensuring most efficient budget deployment, to unlock brand opportunities across the year.
* Collaborate strongly with bottler partner, to ensure flawless, timely and commercially strong in market execution.
* Lead local packaging development process, and work closely with Snr Marketing Manager on NPD innovations projects, as required.


Qualifications

* Consumer marketing experience using a broad range of marketing mix elements, to deliver proven growth in brand penetration.
* Proven ability to take consumer and customer insight and translate into plans that unlock brand growth.
* Creative – ability to bring a fresh, creative approach to problem solving. A natural intuition for consumer trends & how to translate them into marketing strategies.
* A real passion for Marketing as well as having a high level of commercial acumen.
* Good eye for analysis of category data to understand performance and identify robust growth opportunities.
* Project management & High degree of ownership – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever-changing environment with maturity and attention to detail.
* Strong capability across all core marketing fundamentals with spikes in strategic penetration, NPD development and excellence in project execution.
* Strengths in strategic thinking - strong proven analytical skills and ability to cut through multiple data sources to generate very clear consumer-driven strategies for growth.
* NPD development experience, from insight and demand space understanding, through to concept development, validation, business case development and launch.
* Able to take others with you; excellent relationship building, listening and influencing skills.
* Strong track-record of decision making and sound creative judgement.
* A strong growth mindset and comfortable with a culture of curiosity and learning.
* Tenacious and resilient: Ability to stay focused on projects and tackle obstacles to delivery.
* Exhibits a “can do” attitude and a willingness to take on challenges
* Good presentation and communication skills
* AFH Channel experience is desirable, ideally within FMCG.
* A strong drive for results, and working within a fast-paced team.
