We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that conveyancing processes across all property departments comply with legal and regulatory requirements as well as specific lender requirements and that quality standards are maintained.
The role involves auditing, monitoring, systems and process review, reporting on risk and compliance, as well as providing training to staff and liaising with various members of the Lightfoots’ team. Conducting regular file reviews of property matters to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks and the Firm's PCPs, as well as specific lender requirements.
