A well-established, reputable financial planning firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a driven and professional IFA to join its growing team. Whether you bring a client bank or are looking to grow one, the firm offers opportunities to hit the ground running with a combination of client redistribution and new lead allocation for the right candidate.

?? Key Responsibilities:
* Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships, managing both existing and new clients
* Create tailored financial plans aligned with clients' goals and life stages
* Collaborate closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure smooth client journeys
* Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments
* Ensure all advice meets FCA compliance and internal standards
?? About You:
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
* Demonstrable experience as an IFA or within a wealth management setting
* Ideally, you’ll bring a transferable client bank
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Client-centric, ethical, and detail-oriented
* Self-motivated with a growth mindset and commitment to professional development
