Jameel Motors is the global mobility sector brand of Abdul Latif Jameel and the official UK distributor for Farizon Auto. Farizon launched its innovative electric commercial vehicles in the UK in 2025, delivering eco‑friendly, future‑ready solutions designed specifically for UK van drivers and fleet operators. As the brand continues to scale, aftersales excellence will be critical in ensuring uptime, performance and customer confidence across commercial and fleet customers.


Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially minded Aftersales Manager to lead and grow the aftersales operation supporting Farizon from Park Royal. This is a pivotal leadership role within a fast‑growing environment, responsible for end‑to‑end aftersales performance across service, maintenance, repair, warranty and customer care.

The Aftersales Manager will play a key role in building processes, developing capability and creating a customer‑centric aftersales operation that supports both fleet operators and commercial customers. The role will be hands‑on where required, particularly in the early stages, while also shaping a scalable aftersales framework to support future growth.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead aftersales delivery across service, maintenance, repair, warranty and customer care.
* Drive strong commercial performance by monitoring KPIs including utilisation, parts performance, customer satisfaction, warranty efficiency and overall SMR outcomes.
* Ensure high service standards that protect brand reputation and build customer trust in a new‑to‑market environment.


Operational Delivery

* Take a hands‑on approach when required, including Workshop Control and Service Advising.
* Develop workshop capability, optimise utilisation and proactively source aftersales business as volumes increase.
* Build and lead a capable aftersales team, ensuring the right structure, skills and processes are in place as the business scales.


Technical Insight & EV Readiness

* Use data and technical insight to understand cost drivers, warranty trends, component longevity and uptime performance.
* Ensure the service operation is fully equipped to support electric commercial vehicles through training, technical development and EV readiness initiatives.
* Support customers with EV ownership queries including servicing requirements, uptime considerations and technology updates.


Fleet & Partner Engagement

* Act as the aftersales lead for fleet operators, leasing companies and commercial partners.
* Provide clear, data‑driven insight on SMR performance, warranty and service outcomes to build confidence in the Farizon aftersales proposition.
* Build credible relationships with external partners including specialist repair providers and charging infrastructure partners.
* Work closely with senior leadership to design and deliver the long‑term aftersales strategy.
* Create scalable processes to support future products and partnerships.
* Drive continuous improvement across efficiency, cost control, customer satisfaction and technical capability.
* Ensure compliance with OEM standards, internal governance and best‑practice operational controls.


Skills & Experience

* Experience in automotive aftersales management within a dealership, retailer group, importer or fleet‑focused environment.
* Strong understanding of service operations, warranty processes and workshop efficiency.
* Confidence managing SMR budgets and using data to identify cost improvement opportunities.
* Excellent relationship‑building skills with customers, teams and commercial partners.
* Ability to influence, engage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
* Experience supporting EV, NEV or hybrid vehicles.
* Exposure to commercial vehicles, fleet customers or new‑to‑market automotive brands.
* Ability to translate technical information into clear, practical insight for non‑technical audiences.
