Job Description
Are you compassionate, adaptable and a good communicator? Do you want to work for an organisation where you can make a difference to the lives of young people with complex disabilities and learning difficulties?
We are looking for experienced person who can offer high quality, personalised support to our learners.
You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of current policies and practice in education and incorporate these into the model of working. You will develop individual speech and therapy programmes to meet student needs. You will also support the continuing development of the college as a specialist centre for alternative and augmentative communication systems. Maintaining individual student records detailing interventions and progress whilst supporting colleagues in relation to students ongoing speech and communication development.
