Our client is seeking a talented M&A Healthcare Managing Director to join a dynamic and innovative team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and execute high-impact M&A transactions within the healthcare sector, driving transformative deals that advance medical technology and life sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets within the medtech and life sciences sectors.
* Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, market research, and due diligence.
* Develop and present detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
* Manage the negotiation, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of acquired companies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, advisors, and industry experts.

Qualifications:
