Are you a dynamic and proactive relationship builder with a passion for forging partnerships that fuel business growth? Do you have in-depth knowledge of the agency and systems integrator (SI) landscape within SaaS and eCommerce? If so, we’d love to hear from you.


As our Agency & SI Partner Recruitment Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving Patchworks’ growth by identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic partnerships with digital agencies and systems integrators (SIs). You’ll work closely with partners to build strong relationships, unlock new revenue opportunities, and ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams.

What You’ll Do:


* Identify and recruit new agency and SI partners that align with Patchworks’ commercial and technical goals.
* Build strong, credible relationships from first contact—helping partners understand the value of working with Patchworks.
* Own the end-to-end recruitment process: outreach, qualification, onboarding, and early-stage enablement.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to ensure smooth handover and long-term partner engagement.
* Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to define recruitment strategy and prioritise high-value partner targets.
* Stay on top of market movements - tracking new entrants, trends, and opportunities within the agency/SI landscape.
* Represent Patchworks at industry events and partner meetups to grow awareness and attract interest.


What You’ll Bring:


* Proven experience in partner recruitment or business development within the SaaS or eCommerce space.
* Strong understanding of the agency and SI ecosystem—especially who’s who, what they care about, and how they win work.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you know how to spark interest and convert it into action.
* Results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting targets and growing partner networks from scratch.
* Confidence in negotiating commercial terms and creating win-win propositions.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where speed and clarity matter.
* Willingness to travel to London, the Midlands, and occasionally further afield for partner meetings and events.


Bonus Points If You Have:


* An existing network of relevant agency/SI contacts
* Experience onboarding partners into a formal partner program
* A good grasp of integration, middleware, or commerce platforms


What you’ll Need:


* Experience in building partnerships with agencies/SI within the SaaS industry.
* Good knowledge and insight into eCommerce stakeholders, including agencies, SI, platforms, and software providers.
* Proven background in selling SaaS cloud solutions, with a good understanding of eCommerce and retail decision-making dynamics.
* Dedicated to driving revenue and achieving results, with a proven track record of setting and reaching targets and providing precise partner forecasts.
* Demonstrated success in managing multiple agency and SI relationships, leveraging an established network within the martech industry.
* Adept at surpassing quarterly targets by generating leads through partnerships.
* Proficient in training internal sales teams to ensure alignment between sales and partnerships, ultimately leading to successful deal closures.
* Having a degree-level education is desirable
* Willingness to travel to London and the Midlands as needed.
