We’re working with a well-established specialist sub-contractor, known for delivering high-quality work across London for major clients. They’re now looking to bring a Document Controller into their team at their Romford office. This is a full-time, in-person role, ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing project documents across multiple platforms. What You’ll Be Doing: * Managing tender and project documentation * Processing and distributing daily site instructions * Reviewing document formats and ensuring compliance with internal standards * Maintaining document registers and supporting project handovers * Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal teams * Using systems such as Microsoft Office, and ideally Asite or Aconex What’s On Offer: * Competitive salary – from £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience * Free on-site parking * Friendly, collaborative office environment * Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends Who We’re Looking For: * Someone with experience in document control or strong project admin skills * Confident using Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and Outlook * Exposure to document management systems like Asite or Aconex is a bonus * Must be able to commute to Romford or be planning to relocate before starting
