Responsibilities
* Preparing tooling and moulds for production
* Laminating composite materials to a high standard
* Vacuum bagging parts with precision
* Interpreting technical drawings and laminate manuals
* Supporting demoulding and other production processes
Experience / Qualifications
* Previous laminating experience inMotorsport / F1orAerospace
* Strong understanding of composite materials and processes
* Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately
* High attention to detail and quality standards
* Confidence working independently and proactively
