Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum, depending on experience + annual bonus

An established manufacturing business based in the Walsall area is looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead key production operations within a busy engineering/manufacturing environment.

The Role
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading manufacturing activity across specific production areas, ensuring output, quality, safety and performance targets are achieved.
You will manage people, processes, documentation, health and safety, quality standards and day-to-day production performance, while working closely with other departments to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
