We have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Executive with fluent written and spoken German, and an ability to absorb technical information, to join our busy Export Customer Service Team, based in Spilsby, Lincolnshire.
Specific duties will involve supporting our sales staff and customers in Germany with queries, speaking with customers on the telephone and corresponding by email, advising on delivery dates and offering advice and guidance on our wide range of decoration products, in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
The ideal candidate will have good IT skills and a working knowledge of computerised office and contact management systems. As we are trading throughout the world, and also have a sales team in France and Italy, a working knowledge of other languages, particularly French or Italian, would be of interest, but not essential. This role will be office based in Spilsby.
Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm.
