About the Role:
As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that support pupils’ academic and personal development. You will work collaboratively with a supportive staff team and leadership who are committed to professional growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver creative and well-structured lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every child is supported to achieve their full potential
* Use formative and summative assessments to track pupil progress and inform planning
* Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including staff meetings, CPD, and school events
* Uphold and promote the school’s values and safeguarding policies
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching in a primary setting (NQTs/ECTs are also encouraged to apply)
* Be passionate about providing a high-quality education for all children
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and a commitment to inclusion
* Show strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
* Be committed to ongoing professional development
