Title: German Speaking Sales Development Representative – DACH
Time: Full-Time
Location: Remote (London, UK)
Compensation:
£70,000/y (£50,000 base + £20,000/y commission)

Their platform empowers companies to manage sustainability data more effectively and communicate transparently with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and fluent German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our London-based sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Outbound Prospecting:
○ Execute outbound cadences across email, phone, and social media to identify and engage with potential customers.
○ Conduct discovery meetings with high-value prospects to qualify interest and understand business needs.
● Pipeline Development:
○ Schedule and qualify introductory meetings for the Sales team.
○ Nurture early-stage prospects to build long-term sales pipeline.
○ Consistently meet and exceed quarterly quotas and KPIs related to pipeline contribution.
● Value Proposition Communication:
○ Understand customer pain points and clearly articulate how the platform provides value.
○ Stay informed on market trends to tailor messaging and outreach strategies.
● Collaboration & Reporting:
○ Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
○ Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo) to manage leads and track performance.
Qualifications:
● University degree, preferably in Business, Commerce, or Marketing.
● 4+ years of experience in outbound sales, ideally within a SaaS environment.
● Fluent in German (written and spoken).
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Familiarity with HubSpot and ZoomInfo (or similar tools) is a plus.
