Responsibilities
* Responsible for all incoming calls and dealing with queries efficiently.
* Schedule appointments and manage service calendars efficiently.
* Provide accurate information about services and pricing to customers.
* Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
* Handle customer complaints professionally, striving for resolution.
* Process payments and maintain financial records accurately.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. Service Advisor experience will be beneficial to the role.
* Strong computer skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Previous administrative experience is preferred.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
