Tech Sales Specialist (Contract)
Location: London (1 day onsite)
Day Rate: £450 DOE (Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: 3 months
We are seeking an experienced Tech Sales Specialist to establish and lead the sales approach of a national healthcare charity during a critical period of growth and restructuring. You’ll bring the expertise, structure and confidence needed to accelerate progress and engage senior NHS stakeholders from day one
Role Overview
* Build and formalise the sales process for a digital learning, analytics, and improvement platform.
* Support senior leaders during sales calls, guiding conversations, shaping questions, and identifying opportunities.
* Engage Heads of Departments, Directors and Executives across NHS organisations, helping articulate value around efficiency, capacity release and mandated targets.
* Guide the internal team on typical barriers, challenges and sales strategies when selling tech into the NHS.
* Contribute to a future sales pipeline.
* Focus on capability building, strategic direction and landing early opportunities.
Ideal Profile
* 5+ years’ tech sales experience, ideally including NHS or public sector customers.
* Strong understanding of NHS structures, metrics, performance data and operational pressures.
* Tech sales background is essential (digital, analytics, software, transformation, improvement).
* Confident engaging senior stakeholders with only one chance to make an impact.
