Partnerships Manager - UK Remote - £45,000 - £55,000 - Plus commission
We’re hiring 3 Partnerships Managers across: Primary, Secondary & SEN
On behalf of a fast-growing EdTech business on the launch of a brand new school booking system, set to disrupt the industry, already working with a huge proportion of schools across the UK and expanding rapidly.
They’ve built a product that schools actually use, with real demand in the market and strong traction across multiple education settings.
The opportunity
This is a commercial role with a lot of autonomy and ownership.
You’ll be responsible for building out your own vertical, managing the full cycle from first conversation through to signed partnership and then long-term account growth.
It’s not just about winning new schools, it’s about understanding their priorities, showing how the platform fits into their curriculum and making sure they actually embed and use it properly.
You’ll be speaking to senior stakeholders across schools and trusts, running tailored demos, handling objections around budget and implementation, and positioning the product as a long-term solution rather than a quick sale.
There’s a strong balance between new business and account management, with a real focus on retention, renewals and growing usage across existing partners.

What you’ll be doing
* Speaking to schools and education leaders daily, building relationships and opening conversations
* Running tailored demos, understanding school priorities and converting new partnerships
* Building and managing your own pipeline from scratch through to close
* Handling objections, particularly around budget and rollout, and finding commercial solutions
* Working closely with schools post-sale to ensure strong onboarding, usage and long-term value
* Driving renewals and maintaining high resubscription rates
* Attending events, conferences and building presence across your vertical
What they’re looking for
* Confident communicator, comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders
* Commercial mindset and motivated by earning
* Organised, proactive and consistent in approach
* Comfortable managing a full sales cycle and owning your numbers
* Background in education, EdTech or recruitment into education is a strong advantage
* Open to strong sales profiles looking to step into EdTech
What’s on offer
* £45k–£55k basic depending on experience

* Realistic OTE £70k–£80k+
