Private Client Legal Executive

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a small private client practice in the Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham city centre. They are looking for a Private Client Legal Executive with extensive probate experience who can hit the ground running and is keen to grow with the firm over a long period of time.
Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of existing varied Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax planning, Private Trusts/Settlements
* Advising clients on income and capital taxation, tax planning, and long‑term care strategies
* Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion with clarity and care
* Drafting and approving legal documentation with precision
* Staying sharp and up to date with changes in your practice area
* Representing the firm at industry events and contributing to business development initiatives
What they're looking for
* Extensive experience within legal practices
* Exceptional knowledge of private client matters
* Proactive attitude and exemplary written and verbal communication skills
* Must have managed their own high volume caseload
* Approachable with clients and happy in the office
