Job Title: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: North Somerset Start Date: ASAP Salary: £85 - £100 Per Day Working Pattern: Full-time, Temporary

We are committed to helping schools find passionate support staff who can provide high-quality, individualised assistance to pupils with additional needs.
Responsibilities
* Have experience working 1:1 with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting
* Be patient, compassionate, and committed to supporting the individual needs of learners
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be proactive and adaptable in the classroom environment
* Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) or equivalent experience
Applicants must have
* The right to work in the UK
* Relevant documentation and two professional references
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
