Nterior Standards Operatives (Days & Nights)

We are currently seeking skilled Interior Standards Operatives (ISO) to join our team, working on a variety of maintenance and refurbishment projects across a busy rail fleet. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with a strong eye for detail, practical repair experience, and pride in maintaining high interior presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Repair and replacement of window hoppers and rubbers
*
Polishing and film application to remove etching or graffiti from glass and draught screens
*
Repair or replacement of damaged interior panels and seat shells
*
Cleaning, preparation, and painting of panels affected by graffiti or wear
*
Replacement of worn or damaged seat covers (backs and bases)
*
Maintenance of toilet areas including panels, sinks, hand driers, and baby change facilities
*
Upkeep of driving cabs, ensuring panels and fittings are secure and well-presented
*
General maintenance tasks to ensure the interior condition of the fleet meets required presentation standards
Requirements:

Previous experience in vehicle, facilities, or interior maintenance preferred
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to quality standards
*
Competent with hand tools and repair materials
*
Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required
*
A proactive approach to maintaining safety and quality across all tasks
