The Role
As a Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will help ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of all facilities assets across our South Coast sites.
Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate reactive and planned maintenance, liaise with contractors and engineering teams, manage asset and maintenance data in SAP, and support the smooth running of all facilities activities so you can understand the role in more detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance activities across South Coast sites
2. Ensuring planned maintenance is completed on time with correct documentation
3. Using SAP to manage assets, raise and close work orders and update availability
4. Liaising with contractors, engineers and Team Leads to resolve maintenance issues
5. Capturing all assets on the SAP system including criticality and maintenance plans
6. Supporting assurance reviews and maintaining a safety-first approach
Essential experience of the Maintenance Co-ordinator:
7. Ability to interpret technical information
8. Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office
9. Good organisation and communication skills
10. Ability to prioritise and remain professional under pressure
11. Ability to work unsupervised
12. Understanding of asset or maintenance management software principles
Essential qualifications for the Maintenance Co-ordinator:
13. Full UK driving licence
14. Experience in facilities management, small works or M&E environments

This role is 37 hours per week based at PTP or Haslar. Travel to other QinetiQ and customer sites will be expected.
