The IT systems within our clients architects firm are critical to their ongoing operations, including operational management, communications, data storage (including security/access), and design functions.
The Apprentices role is to coordinate this work and to recognise and escalate support to the IT Manager as and when necessary.
KEY DUTIES
Provide technical support to end-users, both in person and remotely
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Implement security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems
Assist with network administration tasks, including setting up user accounts and permissions
Work together with other managers and directors in relation to IT and IoT (Internet of Things) matters
