Senior Vehicle Technician required in Tunbridge Wells, Kent
1. Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Team Bonus (target circa £4,000)
2. Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join our Client’s reputable independent garage in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

They pride themselves on delivering quality work across a range of makes and models, maintaining a clean, well-equipped workshop, and offering a supportive, team-focused working environment.
As a Senior Vehicle Technician, you will carry out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide variety of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard while maintaining accurate documentation. This role is ideal for a technician looking for stability, a positive working environment, and a strong work-life balance with no weekend work.

Duties of a Senior Vehicle Technician with our Client:
15. Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance across various makes and models
16. Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
17. Completing internal documentation accurately and on time
18. Supporting colleagues and contributing to the workshop training programme
19. Ensuring work is completed in a safe and compliant manner.
Responsbilities as Senior Vehicle Technician:
20. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
21. Ideally 10 years of workshop experience to a high standard
22. Competence in literacy, numeracy, and IT
23. Ability to work independently and within a team
24. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
25. Full UK Driving Licence
26. Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
