Opportunity Overview
The post-holder will join our excellent Physiotherapy team in the Directorate of Allied and Public Health and will be an experienced academic with a strong focus on delivering excellent student experiences and outcomes within physiotherapy education.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver a range of teaching materials and modules, as well as setting, marking and assessing work.
* Take on leadership roles and responsibilities.
* Contribute to the development of a contemporary physiotherapy curriculum to ensure future‑ready graduates.
* Extend, transform and apply knowledge acquired from scholarship to learning, research and contribute to the research environment and impact.
* Promote equality and diversity for students and staff and sustain an inclusive and supportive study and work environment in accordance with University policy.
Qualifications
We are particularly interested in applicants who have demonstrable success in securing external research funding, evidence of peer‑reviewed output at Research Excellence Framework 3 standard in international journals or equivalent, and contribution to the research environment and impact.
