Job Title: Supply Teacher
Salary: Competitive salary - £140 - £170 per day (depending on experience and Umbrella rates)

Key Responsibilities as a Supply Teacher:
1. Deliver pre-planned, engaging lessons across various subjects and year groups, in line with school curriculum.
2. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
3. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different students.
4. Provide feedback on student progress to school staff.
Requirements of a Supply Teacher:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Ability to commute to schools in Luton, Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable areas and potentially surrounding areas.
3. Strong classroom management skills.
4. Adaptability and the ability to work independently.
