1. Previousmercial experience in Service Delivery Management
2. Good ITIL knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes
3. CSAT and Service Relationship experience
4. Proven experience of managing and delivering to SLAs
5. Contract Management
6. Strong awareness of Incident, Problem and Change Management principles and processes
7. Ability to establish and foster a continuous Service Improvement culture
8. Flexible approach towards hybrid working
9. Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC)
Nice to have:
10. Active Security Clearance (SC)
11. ITIL certification
