About the Role
As a Project Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in programme delivery—providing essential support across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. This full-time, temporary role (until March 2026) offers hybrid working, providing flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality administrative support across several programmes
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes (in Welsh and English)
* Track project progress, actions, and deadlines
* Maintain records and ensure documentation is up to date
* Support reporting and data collation for programme updates
What We're Looking For
* Fluent Welsh and English language skills (spoken and written)
* Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach
* Experience in the public sector or civil service is a plus
