We are excited to launch a brand-new role to support a major wholesale customer for Virgin Media Business! Responsible for driving mutual value and growth in future Joint Venture relationships, you will orchestrate and lead a diverse matrix of functional teams across the business to benefit the organisation.

You will bring a strong commercial and sales background and thrive on driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and delivery performance.

This role is highly visible and ideal for someone who has held a leadership position in Account, Sales, or Commercial teams and is looking for the challenge of supporting VMB through this exciting journey!

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

* Ability to build and drive a high performing matrix team within an empowered, engaged and inclusive culture
* First rate stakeholder management experience across a customer C Suite with excellent negotiation and commercial skills
* Financially astute, ability to manage a broad suite of risks and opportunities commensurate with £100m per annum revenue base and skilfully maximise financial / commercial outturn within a customer centric environment
* Technically aware, ability to sell the Fixed Connectivity roadmap alongside the broader benefits of a market leading partnership with VM02
The other stuff we are looking for

Wed also love you to bring;

* Experience of leading major accounts to drive growth within technology industries
* Experience of working with and leading teams across Sales, Product, Technical and Operations
* Demonstrable experience of delivering a P&L with strong intuition for business growth
