About Our Client
Our client is a pharmaceutical business based in Hertfordshire. They are well established and have been operating in their market for over one hundred years. This is a GMP accredited Pharma Manufacturing site.
Job Description
3. Manage and maintain the company's quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
4. Oversee internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
5. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to uphold quality standards across all processes.
6. Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance quality awareness among staff.
7. Ensure all documentation is accurately maintained and readily available for inspections.
8. Lead investigations into quality issues, determining root causes and implementing preventive measures.
9. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry requirements.
10. Continuously improve quality processes to align with best practices and company objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Assurance Manager should have:
11. Experience of direct management
12. Strong QMS knowledge
13. Audit experience is preferrable
14. Continuous Improvement mindset
15. Understanding of best practise within a GMP Pharma environment
