My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their stylish boutique hotel in York. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic group with huge ambitions. As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the Hotel General Manager and oversee the day:to:day running of the F and B throughout the hotel.
About The Position
* Manage and training the team to the highest level of consistency
* Take responsibility of the rota and the recruitment for the department
* Work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager
* Responsible for the daily operations
* Become a guru with the food menu and wine list, sharing your knowledge with the guests and team
* Manage the team and ensure that staff morale is high
The successful candidate
* At least 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
* A born leader with a can:do attitude
* Hotel experience would be preferable
* Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for best service
* A dynamic and motivated individual
