About the Role
The Bosville Hotel is seeking a Head Chef to join their successful and vibrant Dulse & Brose restaurant in Portree, Isle of Skye. This is a full-time, permanent position of 45 hours per week, reporting to the Cluster General Manager and leading the kitchen brigade.
Menu and Cuisine
The menu showcases the rich local produce of Skye, Highland, and wider Scottish regions, including island and west coast seafood, Skye vegetables, fine cuts of meat, Highland and east-coast Scottish cheeses, and desserts.
Candidate Profile
* Guest-focused with a passion for creating memorable culinary experiences
* Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
* Pride in work and guest service
* Experience in high-volume hotel or restaurant kitchens with a track record of career progression
* Experience with RotaCloud software is a plus
