We're currently looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming and supportive schools. These roles are perfect for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact, whether you're experienced or just starting your journey in education.
The role: You'll be supporting children with Special Educational Needs, either on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. Every day will be different, but your focus will always be the same - helping pupils feel safe, understood, and confident in their learning.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD and communication needs
Helping to build positive routines and encouraging independence
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support plans
Creating a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentWe're looking for someone who:
Is patient, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys supporting young people
Has experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (school-based experience is a bonus, not a must)
Can build strong relationships and communicate clearly
