Looking to recruit a Repairs Customer Service Advisor.

As a Repairs Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within our Property Maintenance team to assist with customer repair enquiries, manage escalations, and provide administrative support to our trade supervisors and other internal teams. Internally you will be known as a Service Support Advisor.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle property repair enquiries and escalations from the Customer Services Centre.
2. Support trade supervisors with administrative tasks and booking repairs.
3. Provide advice and support to customer service officers and handle escalated calls when necessary.
4. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions for tracking and reporting purposes.
