Overview
PPS Commercials Ltd are one of the UK's leading Commercial Vehicle Manufacturers. We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Administrator to join our busy Aftersales team. This is a maternity cover contract for 12 months and may be extended.
Responsibilities
* Updating information on customer fleet management portals.
* Liaising with customers and providing updates on ETAs.
* Logging essential details onto in-house systems.
* Ensuring jobs are completed correctly before closing down and invoicing.
* Assisting with day-to-day administration within the Aftersales department (emails, filing, scanning, etc.).
Person Specification
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work well in a team as well as on own initiative.
