Logistics Office Coordinator
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk, Orwell Logistics Park (occasionally travel to Leiston, Suffolk)
Working pattern: 5 days per week on site
Salary: £32,500 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + 5% bonus
Candidate will be required to undergo security clearance checks.

We’re looking for a Logistics Office Coordinator to join our site team at Orwell Logistics Park, supporting day‑to‑day operations and the Logistics function on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
* Site wide office coordination and daily admin support
* Managing meeting rooms, visitors, parking, and site enquiries
* Diary management, meetings, minute taking, and document control
* Supporting the Logistics team with reports, presentations, and meeting records
* Liaising with internal teams and the client to keep the site running smoothly
* Maintain accurate document control, records, trackers, and logs in line with SZC procedures
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and hospitality as required
* Support onboarding and induction of new starters and visitors
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and administrative standards

Essential
* Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or team support roles.
* Sound administrative/secretarial knowledge with the ability to adapt to new systems.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational skills with a methodical and flexible approach.
* Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

* Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Desirable
* Previous experience within the energy and/or logistics sectors.
