This is a newly created, high-impact leadership role for a Group Sales Excellence Director. UK HQ (Midlands) -Hybrid - International Travel - Executive Package.
We're seeking a commercial, change-driven Sales Excellence Director to design, build, and embed best-in-class sales excellence across an international group. You will set the standards, build the function, and drive measurable improvements in productivity, consistency, and growth at scale.
Our client is a world-leading manufacturer serving both B2B and B2C markets, with around 700 employees across the UK, Europe, and the US. With strong brands, innovative products, and a growing digital/SaaS offering, the Group is focused on sustainable solutions that protect public health and the environment.
As Group Sales Excellence Director, You Will
* Define and execute the Group-wide sales excellence strategy
* Build and lead a central sales excellence team
* Standardise and embed sales processes, tools, and performance metrics
* Own sales planning: territory design, quotas, and resource allocation
* Drive CRM adoption and data quality (e.g. Dynamics 365)
* Deliver sales enablement, coaching, and training at scale
* Partner with GMs and regional leaders to deliver above-market growth
* Lead best practice in pipeline management, new product launches, and digital/SaaS selling
* Act as a change agent, driving adoption of new ways of working

* Senior leadership experience in sales excellence, operations, enablement, or strategy
* Proven success in both large corporate and SME environmentsTrack record of building teams and scalable sales systems
* Strong commercial acumen with clear growth impact
* Deep knowledge of CRM, sales processes, and performance metrics
* Confident influencer at Executive and Board level
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, global organisations
