This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who is highly organised, proactive, and keen to develop a career in the property sector. You’ll support a busy team of agents handling commercial property sales, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs efficiently and professionally. What you’ll be doing: Providing administrative support to the commercial sales team, managing property files, listings and key documentation. Preparing and formatting marketing materials, property brochures and sales reports. Managing enquiries from buyers and vendors, booking viewings and keeping records updated. Coordinating the sales process from instruction to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors and clients. Uploading property details to portals and updating the CRM system with accuracy. Monitoring deadlines and following up on outstanding information. Supporting internal meetings and maintaining a high standard of communication across the team. What’s in it for you?
