We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established charitable organisation looking for a Project Worker - Floating Support to provide crucial tenancy sustainment support to individuals facing complex challenges. About the Role: As a Floating Support Project Worker, you will play a key role in preventing homelessness by providing tailored support to clients in their own homes across Southend-on-Sea. Working in partnership with other professionals, you will help individuals sustain their tenancies, improve their quality of life, and build independence.
