Service Support Analyst Location: Aylesbury (Head Office) Reporting to: Head of IT We're recruiting for a Service Support Analyst to join a well-established organisation based in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional looking to work in a varied, user-facing role supporting modern Microsoft technologies within a regulated environment. The role provides first and second line support across the business, acting as a key point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. You'll work closely with internal users and third-party suppliers to ensure IT services are delivered effectively, securely and in line with ITIL best practice. Key responsibilities: Logging, triaging and resolving IT incidents and service requests Providing first and second line support across incident, request, asset, change and problem management Supporting Windows 11 Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive/SharePoint, printing and in-house applications Installing and supporting laptops, remote working setups, office desktops, meeting room technology and printers Managing user access controls and joiners, movers and leavers processes Working with third-party IT and infrastructure providers and monitoring their performance Completing information security and data protection checks Responding to cyber security alerts from the SOC and monitoring email security controls Maintaining hardware and software inventories and supporting technology rollouts The ideal candidate You'll have experience in an IT support or service desk role, strong communication skills, and confidence supporting non-technical users in a professional environment.
